We share information with service providers who help us operate NLAE, including AmericanHort (which professionally manages NLAE), Wufoo (online forms), payment processors, Zoom (monthly roundtable calls), Dropbox (member and board documents), Google Analytics (website analytics), and our website hosting and security providers. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us and are required to protect it.

Members’ contact information may be shared with other NLAE members through the members-only membership directory.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, for example while you are a member and for a reasonable period afterward for our records, or as required by law. We then securely delete or anonymize it. Exceptions include legal holds and ongoing business operations.
